With our busy schedules, it can be easy to overlook the little things in life that actually make our days feel fulfilling. Last weekend, I tried to stop and smell the roses, and by that I mean try to enjoy the small aspects of my day. Regardless of how small, I did those things that make me feel happy and rewarded. For me, it’s all about feeling rejuvinated with some exercise, some refreshments, and some retail therapy, so I spent the whole day running little errands that made me happiest.
