I love making smoothies because they not only make you feel so refreshed afterward, but there’s also no wrong way to make them. Fresh fruit? Check. Fresh vegetables? Check. Blender? Check.
Since my favorite smoothies are strawberry and banana, that was just what I made. Here were my steps:
Step 1: Plan out all of your fruit. For me, it was strawberries and bananas.
Step 2: Chop.
Step 3: Throw in the blender, along with some vegetables. I added kale, as well as blueberry yogurt and orange juice to help with the blending process.
Step 4: Top with chia seeds for an added crunch and health boost.
Step 5: Drink up!
