Happy New Year! I missed all of you (and producing new content), but I enjoyed my much needed unplug from both work and the blog. This year, I am focused on one thing: relaxation, and I working to identify tangible ways in which I can easily incorporate it into my daily life. Some ideas I am playing with at the moment are allotting twenty minutes before bed every night to read blogs, a book, watch TV, etc. – really anything to just help me shut off from the outside world and calm my mind. I am also trying to find more yoga classes to add to my weekly schedule, since I always feel better after a solid yoga session.
