Sweet Tooth: Almond Butter Toast with Persimmon

First ImageTrust me, I love my cookies. But sometimes I want to be a bit healthier and opt for something just slightly better for me. Cue: almond butter toast with persimmon. Yummmm.

Here’s how you whip it together:

  • Toast 1 slice of whole grain bread.
  • Spread almond butter. Note that you can also use peanut butter if you prefer.
  • Slice a persimmon and lay it across the toast.
  • Finish with a dash of cinnamon.
  • Eat!
