These Days

Nothing better than a sunny morning in SF (and this porch isn’t bad either).

If you ever find yourself without an agenda in the Bay, head to Mill Valley.

You’ll find houses like this to ooh and aah over.

Headed home to LA for the holiday week and loved every second of it.

So into the brick + white wood fence + layered plants in my sister’s patio.

These Days

Basking in the beauty and deliciousness that is Felix Trattoria.

Pops of red on my nightstand currently.

Sometimes all you need is a road trip to Tomales Bay on a weekend.

…And a visit to your friend’s amazing ranch. Just look at this epic tree house!

Completely head over heels for my new pendant—more on that soon!

The next batch of these days will look a whole lot sunnier because I’m headed to Europe on a cruise! I’ll be taking a break from the blog so I can really unplug, and can’t wait to update you on all of my travels when I’m back here on June 14th!

These Days

This month’s These Days is birthday-themed, as the last couple weeks have been birthday celebration upon birthday celebration (and I’m not mad at it!). From Wine Country to Bolinas, I loved absolutely every place that I celebrated.

The weekend before my actual birthday was probably my favorite of all. My sisters flew in from Los Angeles and together with two of my best girlfriends, we drove up to Sonoma. We brunched at Sunflower Café and then wine tasted at Bartholomew Park Winery. If you’re ever looking to settle in at one winery and spend the whole day in the sunshine, look no further than this one.

To celebrate on my actual birthday, my boyfriend and I both took the day off work and headed north to Bolinas. If you’ve never heard of it, that’s because the locals like to keep it under wraps and have even been known to remove all traffic signs to keep tourists out. Despite their best efforts though, we came with our cameras in tow and were truly charmed by what we saw. A birthday filled with sunshine and stunning architecture? I’ll take it!

These Days

A sunny day in two of my favorite San Francisco neighborhoods: Pacific Heights and the Marina.

Lyon Street Steps: Climb up to the top for an incredible view of the Bay.

March: Absolutely everything in here will have you swooning.

Palace of Fine Arts: On a sunny day, there’s nothing better than sitting on the grass here.

The Bud Stop: Flowers, anyone?

Wrecking Ball Coffee: Not sure what I love more—the coffee or the cute wallpaper.

These Days

The views from our hike around Pyramid Lake were picture perfect.

Let me introduce you to my new favorite Mexican spot in Marin, Más Masa.

It could use a little tidying up around the edges but all in all, this denim wall is p-r-e-t-t-y.

My all-time favorite combination: White hydrangeas and eucalyptus.

Esqueleto never fails to deliver on the visual inspiration.

P.S. I’m taking off for Mexico City this weekend (so excited!) and will be off the blog to allow myself to fully enjoy. Can’t wait to see you all back here on March 1st!
